the story behind the storyteller
I'm Kayla, a photographer along the shores of Lake Michigan. For over a decade, I have been documenting stories filled with love and connection. My approach blends fine art and documentary style to preserve life exactly as it felt.
When I'm not photographing, I also love painting, baking, cake decorating, fiber art, shopping for antiques, reading, and gardening.
